Redtown

My grandmother Naomi Campbell Robinson was born in Redtown near Jacksonville in Athens county. This town had a church and a coalmine and was a nice rural community between Glouster, Jacksonville and Millfield. The photo copy below of a group of Redtown coal miners I had made at the Ohio University library. The original in their files is much clearer than this photocopy.  They use a camera with flash to take a copy in their photography department and the flash washed out part of the photo.  I tried to take out the glare with my photo editing program but  there was too much damage.
