Ohio, md. to David STARLIN, b. ca. 6y Aug. 1828 d. 5 June 1893 in Watertown, Ohio.. In her Will, Christina gave, devised and bequeathed to "Perley D. PICKERING 31 Acres, more or less, of the east end of 100 Acre Lot No. 51, and Forty-Five Acres, more or less, of the West end of 100 acre Lot No. 52, in Town 4, Range 10, South Branch Allotment and whereas David STARLIN died, leaving no children surviving, and leaving myself as his widow, his sole heir at law." I think this is probably near Watertown and Beverly, Ohio area as the funeral home was in Beverly that handled Christina's death. The 1880 Census shows him as an "adopted child" Later, he shows as a business partner. Therefore, he apparently got all of their possessions. Does anyone know of the family and their whereabouts?
