Feb. 16th 1824
The Congreation of Windsor convened pursuant to publick notice given. After sermon a church was organized, consisting of the following members:Received a certificate:
Silvanus Newton, Richard Cheadle, Asa Cheadle, George Harward, Elisha Hand, Mary Patterson, Elenor Harward, Elizabeth Newton, Sally Cheadle, Sally Hand.

Richard Cheadle and George Harward were chosen ruling elders of the congreation.

April 18, 1824
Session met according to appointment. Members present: John Hunt, moderator, Richard Cheadle, George Harward, Elders. Consistuted with prayer. The following persons were admitted to the communion of the church.
Viz on Certificate:
Susannah McMillian, Mary McMillan, Abijah Seely, Jane Seely, John Hamilton, Elizabeth Hamilton, Phyanna Boll, Eliza Robinson, Eunice Godfrey.
On examination:
Joseph Chedle, Asa Emerson, Martha Craft, Sally.....wife of Richard Cheadle, Sally....daughter of Joseph Cheadle.
Adjourned to meet on Saturday 26 inst.

June 26th 1824
Session met according to adjournment, constituted with prayer.Members present: John Hunt, moderator, Richard Cheadle, George Harward, Elders.
The following persons were admitted to the communion of the church, Viz On certificate:
Alexander Moorhead, Catherine Moorhead.
On examination:
Martha Cheadle, Patty Lills (?), Elizabeth Emerson.
Session adjourned.

June 27th1824.
Baptized Lusence, daughter of Asa and Sally Cheadle, Levena, daughter of Alexander and Susanna McMillian, and Mary, daugter of Abijah & Jane Seely.

July 12th 1824.
Baptized John Bole, son of Alexander & Catherine Moorhead. Anna, daughter of Ebenezer & Eliza Robinson, & Betsy & John Brown, children of John & Hannah Alcock.

December 19th 1824.

December 24th 1837
Session met according to appointment, members present:
Bennet Roberts, Moderator, Asa Emerson, Martin H. Cheadle, Asa White, Elders.

The session felt itself called upon to inquire into certain reports in circulation respecting some misconduct in Richard McKibben, a member of our church, who came before the church and acknowledged that he had probably use intoxicating liquors. After investigating the matter it appeared that he had been guilty. For this he manifested penitence and promised amendment. Agreeable to a resolution of the session he was rebuked and promised amendment after being admonished by the moderator to which censure he submitted.

Admitted to the communion of the church, Eliza McVeigh.
Session adjourned.

June 25th 1838
Session met according to appointment, members present:
Luke Dewitt, Moderator, Martin H. Cheadle, Asa White, Elders.

Received to the communion of the church on examination:
Ami Lawrence, Jothan Keys Jr., Jane Ann Keys, George Keys, Jane Cooper, Sarah Sharp, Polly Smith, Nancy Emerson, Harriet Keys, Eli J. Hagerman, Meissa White.
Session adjourned.

September 30th 1838
Session met according to appointment, members present:
Luke Dewitt, Moderator, Martin H. Cheadle, Asa White, Elders.
Received to the communion of the church on examination:
Thomas Kirby, Rebecca Ethan Kirby, Laura Cheadle, Lacey VanClief, Elizabeth White.

January 6th 1839
Session met according to appointment, members present:
Luke Dewitt, Moderator, Martin H. Cheadle, Asa White, Elders.
Received to the communion of the church on examination:
Carey B. Curtis, Betsy Reader (?)

Martin H. Cheadle, Elder, and Eliza, his wife dismissed from the church by letter on 17 Sept. 1839. Asa White, Session Clerk. Asa Emerson left the church.

The church met Saturday the 30th day of Nov. 1839 according to appointment and elected Phineas C. Keys Ruling Elder of the Church. Asa White session clerk.

The church met Saturday the 14th day of Dec. 1839 and Phineas C. Keys was ordained Ruling Elder by S.P. Dunham Minister, Asa White session clerk.

December 14th 1839
Session met according to appointment, members present:
S.P Dunham, moderator, Asa White, P.C. Keys, Elders.


The session felt itself called upon to inquire into certain reports now in circulation respecting unchristian conduct of Eli J. Hagerman who has been notified to meet the session at this time and who did not appear. After investigating the matter it appears that Eli J. Hagerman has been guilty of profane swearing and other unchristian conduct. For which he was suspended from the privileges of the church till he shall satisfythe church of his repentance and promise of amendment.
Session adjorned.

Received to the communion of the church on examination:
John Sharp, Mary Sharp, Robert Vincent, Sarah Vincent. Asa White, session clerk.

October 24th 1840
Session met according to appointment, members present:
S.P. Dunham, Moderator, P.C. Keys, Asa White, Elders.

The session felt itself called upon to inquire into certain reports in circulation respecting unchristian conduct of Richard McKibben and also of John Glen & Elizabeth Glen who have broken their covenant vows by not attending meetings with this Church who have all been cited to meet the session of this Church and show cause if any, and why they have thus broken these, their vows and give an account of their unchristian conduct. Also have they been visited by the Elders of this Church time and again but they paid no attention to it, therefore it is declared that they be suspended from the privileges of the church until they make satisfaction to this session of their repentance and promise of amendment.

Admitted to the communion of the Church, Caroline Keys on examination.
